Le fait d'avoir une machine à laver est très pratique mais le top serait d'avoir aussi un lave vaisselle.
Il serait utile d'ajouter un porte serviette dans le toilette du bas.

SECRET BEACH DUPLEX is a lovely one bedroom duplex apartment. It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches as well as from "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen" tramway station, 2 stations away from the hyper center.
You will appreciate the atypical side of the apartment, in a quiet courtyard with greenery and flowering trees. It is located on the 1st and last floor.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The wood slats wall, the workshop mirror and the industrial television cabinet bring cachet and a charming asset.

Welcome to VIEUX NICE DUPLEX, a charming top-floor apartment with an air-conditioned bedroom. Nestled in a historic building typical of the Old Town of Nice, it is located in the heart of picturesque streets that immediately immerse you in the unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood.
Set up as a duplex, the apartment features a modern and stylish decor. On the lower level, you'll find a cozy living room with an open-plan kitchen, while upstairs, under the eaves, a comfortable bedroom awaits with a Queen-size bed. A bathroom with a toilet completes this lovely space.
Please note, the apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of a building without an elevator. The stairs, steeped in history, require a bit of effort, but they lead to a cozy retreat under the rooftops.
Information: We have another studio on the same floor for rent if you'd like to bring a group.
