CITY BREAK is a beautiful air-conditioned one bedroom apartment on the top floor. It has an ideal location in the famous Golden Square of Nice (downtown). The sea is only a few steps away from the apartment.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The white walls give a sleek look and accentuate the brightness present in this attic appartment. The light parquet floor and the wooden furniture bring warmth for a cozy atmosphere.
The apartment is on the 6th and last floor.
Note: the elevator goes up to the 5th floor. So there is one floor to climb by the stairs to reach the 6th floor.

Welcome to VIEUX NICE DUPLEX, a charming top-floor apartment with an air-conditioned bedroom. Nestled in a historic building typical of the Old Town of Nice, it is located in the heart of picturesque streets that immediately immerse you in the unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood.
Set up as a duplex, the apartment features a modern and stylish decor. On the lower level, you'll find a cozy living room with an open-plan kitchen, while upstairs, under the eaves, a comfortable bedroom awaits with a Queen-size bed. A bathroom with a toilet completes this lovely space.
Please note, the apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of a building without an elevator. The stairs, steeped in history, require a bit of effort, but they lead to a cozy retreat under the rooftops.
Information: We have another studio on the same floor for rent if you'd like to bring a group.
