Each apartment is decorated according to the tastes and needs of each owner.

In each apartment you will have a free wifi internet connection.
Is the apartment equipped with sheets and towels ?
All our apartments are prepared in the same way regardless of the length of your stay.
On your arrival the beds are made and you will find at your disposal towels according to the number of people.
Can I bring my pet ?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any of our apartments.
Can I smoke in the apartment ?
Sorry, all our apartments are strictly non-smoking.
Can I book an apartment for an event ?
Parties are not allowed in our apartments.
It is possible on request to rent some of our apartments for filming or professional events.

We are at your disposal before and during your stay.

How do I pay for my booking ?

What payment methods do you offer ?
You can pay for your booking via our website in a secure manner by credit card (only Visa or Mastercard).
What do I have to pay in addition to the displayed price ?
Nothing at all, except if you want extras
The rental, the cleaning at the end of your stay, the booking fees and the tourist tax are included in the price advertised on our website.
After I make a booking, will I be charged ?
Yes, we will charge your credit card for the amount indicated at the time of your booking.
Depending on your arrival date, you will be charged either the total amount or a percentage of the amount of your booking.
Can I block an apartment before I decide ?
Upon request and depending on the apartment chosen, we can block a booking period for a maximum of 48 hours.
What is the security deposit ?
The security deposit corresponds to an imprint of your credit card.
If your stay is less than 28 nights, there is no charge and the credit card imprint is automatically cancelled three working days after your departure if no damage is found.
If your stay is longer than 28 nights, the security deposit is debited from your credit card and is automatically credited three business days after your departure if no damage is found.
Will I receive a booking confirmation ?
After your booking, you will receive an automatic email confirming the registration of your booking in our system.
Once the payment is confirmed, you will receive a second and final confirmation email.
I do not receive the booking confirmation ?

What is the purpose of the Nestor Jeeves online concierge service ?
The online concierge service allows you to know everything before you even arrive.

What do I need to do before my arrival ?

Do I have to clean the apartment when I leave ?
The end of stay cleaning of the apartment is included in the price of your booking.
However, we ask you to leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it and to simply throw away your garbage and clean the dishes.

If you require cleaning during your stay, you can order it at an additional cost through our online conciergerie service before or during your stay.
What are your sanitary measures related to Covid19 ?
Since June 2020, we have been applying a sanitary charter approved by the UPLT association.
We no longer accept departures and arrivals on the same day, which allows us to leave the apartment free for at least 24 hours between each traveler and thus proceed correctly to its ventilation and cleaning.
When I arrive, at what time can I get the keys of my apartment ?
On the day of your arrival, you can pick up the keys of your apartment according to the time you have indicated during your online registration between 10am and midnight.
How do I get my keys back ?
You can pick up your keys from the address you are given after your online registration.
This allows you to collect at the time you have indicated and then go to your apartment at your leisure.
