GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS NESTOR&JEEVES

I. ACCOMODATION CAPACITY
If the guest occupies the accommodation with a number of people greater than the capacity of the
accommodation at the time of booking, NESTOR&JEEVES may refuse entry or request a booking
supplement.

II. REGISTRATION
The guest will be required to register at the NESTOR JEEVES online concierge before arrival.
The registration of the guest's ID is mandatory when registering online.
The ID must correspond to the person who has paid and who mainly occupies the accommodation.
The online registration will allow NESTOR&JEEVES to communicate to the guest how to collect the keys to their accommodation.

III. DATE OF ARRIVAL
The guest will be required to register at the NESTOR JEEVES online concierge before arrival.
The registration of his arrival time is mandatory when registering online.
The guest can come and pick up the keys at the time he or she indicated during check-in (only
between 10am and midnight) from Monday to Sunday.
The guest must collect the keys from the address indicated on the NESTOR JEEVES online conciergerie service, in the "Apartment information / Collect and return your keys" section.  

IV. DATE OF DEPARTURE
Unless otherwise agreed, the guest must leave the accommodation and deposit the keys before 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure in the letterbox located at the address indicated on the NESTOR JEEVES online conciergerie service, under the heading "Apartment information / Collect and return your keys".

V. AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING
The total amount of the booking covers the entire duration of the stay.
The amount of the booking can only be paid by bank card VISA or MASTERCARD.
The holder of the credit card used to pay for the booking must correspond to the person who has paid and who mainly occupies the accommodation.

The amount of the booking includes : Household linen (pillowcases, bed sheets, one towel per
person, one bath towel per person, kitchen towel), wifi internet access + television, accommodation
charges (heating, electricity, air-conditioning if the accommodation is equipped with it...), current building charges (garbage, water...), city tax, agency fees, luggage storage, concierge service, selection of good deals, cleaning after departure.
Beach towels are not included, and bath towels cannot be used outside the accomodation.

VI. FREE SERVICES
1. The luggage storage
On the day of departure, the guest has the possibility to leave and pick up their luggage at the
NESTOR&JEEVES conciergerie in Nice.
This service is available from Monday to Sunday between 10am and 6pm and must be booked at least
48 hours in advance on the NESTOR JEEVES online conciergerie service.
2. The concierge service
The guest has access to the NESTOR&JEEVES conciergerie service from Monday to Saturday during
opening hours (10am-1pm / 3pm-6pm).
For example, the guest can ask NESTOR&JEEVES concierge service to make a reservation (restaurant,
beach, cab, etc.), make an appointment (hairdresser, massage, beauty salon, etc.), provide contact
information (florist, cobbler, wine merchant, etc.), or put them in touch with a service provider (caterer,
home cook, car with driver, etc.). In this case, the guest pays himself directly for the
services he orders or uses.

3. The selection of good deals
In order to benefit from the selection of good deals, the guest must present each merchant or service provider concerned with the "Nestor&Jeeves card" attached to the accommodation or show the good deal via the NESTOR JEEVES application.

VII. BOOKING / PAYMENT OF THE BOOKING
In order to confirm the booking of the accommodation, the guest must pay NESTOR&JEEVES a deposit
of 25% of the total rent.
Only after the booking has been confirmed by NESTOR&JEEVES, the commitment of the parties
becomes firm and definitive.
The balance of the booking amount (75% of the booking) + (100% of the tourist tax, booking fees and
other services) must be paid by the guest 14 days before the arrival date. The payment of the balance
will be automatically deducted from the credit card that was filled in by the guest at the time of
booking.
If the stay begins less than 14 days before the date of arrival, the guest must pay NESTOR&JEEVES the
full amount of the booking (100% of the booking, tourist tax, booking fees, other services) at the time of
booking.

If the guest does not pay the balance of the booking by the due date:
In this case the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Amounts already paid to NESTOR&JEEVES will be totally forfeited and not refunded to the guest.
NESTOR&JEEVES will have the accommodation back and will immediately return it to the guest.

VIII. CANCELLATION POLICY
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR BOOKINGS REGISTERED BEFORE 15/10/2020
If the guest cancels the booking, he or she will forfeit all amounts already paid to
NESTOR&JEEVES.
 
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE FOR BOOKINGS REGISTERED AFTER 15/10/2020 and FOR ANY
STAY WITH A DATE OF ARRIVAL AFTER 01 June 2021. 
If the guest cancels 30 days or more before arrival, NESTOR&JEEVES will refund the totality of the
amounts already paid.
If the guest cancels between 30 and 7 days before arrival, the guest can decide between two
choices:
- Refund 50% of the total amount of the booking
OR
- Receive a voucher for the total amount of the booking

If the guest chooses to have a voucher, it will be usable under the following conditions:
- NESTOR&JEEVES will keep the total amount of the booking until the next stay of the guest,
- The guest must use the voucher within 12 months of the date of arrival initially planned,
- The guest must choose the same property as the one initially booked,
- The guest will benefit from the current rate according to the corresponding season,
- The guest will not be able to benefit from a refund on his voucher,
- The voucher can be used for a maximum of 2 different bookings over a period of 12 months following
the original arrival date,
- Once the voucher has been used for a new booking, it cannot be cancelled or postponed.
If the guest cancels 7 days or less before arrival, NESTOR&JEEVES will retain the full amount of the
booking. No refund or voucher will be issued to the guest.

IX. UNAVAILABILITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION BEFORE THE CLIENT'S ARRIVAL
In case of unavailability of the accommodation due to damage, insalubrity, change of co-ownership regulations... NESTOR&JEEVES cannot be held responsible prior to the guest's arrival date or during their stay.

In this case NESTOR&JEEVES will offer the guest a refund of the booking already paid on a pro
rata basis for the remaining days, or an alternative accommodation if one is available.

X. SECURITY DEPOSIT
At the request of the owner, concerning the deposit, a credit card imprint is registered by
NESTOR&JEEVES the day before the guest's arrival (only Visa or Mastercard) ;as in hotels;, according
to the amount foreseen at the time of booking.
The purpose of the security deposit is to cover any anomaly, damage, deterioration, loss of keys or
other items caused by the guest during his stay, and to enable NESTOR&JEEVES to carry out any
necessary repairs or refurbishment.
In the event of any discrepancy, damage, deterioration, loss of keys, or otherwise caused by the guest
during their stay, the cost of repair will be deducted by NESTOR&JEEVES from the guest's bank account
upon receipt.
If the repair costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guest agrees to pay NESTOR&JEEVES
for the additional repair costs upon receipt.
If no defects, damage, deterioration, loss of keys, or the like are found during the check-out
inventory, no amount will be deducted by NESTOR&JEEVES from the guest's bank account, and
the credit card imprint will be automatically cancelled 3 working days after departure.

XI. INVENTORY
1. Check-in inventory

NESTOR&JEEVES provides the guest with an inventory of fixtures upon arrival via the NESTOR
JEEVES online concierge service.
If the inventory of fixtures is not in accordance with the inventory, the guest must notify
NESTOR&JEEVES in writing of the points noted on the day of arrival before midnight.
2. Check-out inventory
NESTOR&JEEVES will carry out an inventory after the guest's departure.
If the inventory was not in accordance with the requirements, NESTOR&JEEVES will report the findings to
the guest after the guest has left.

XII. OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST
The guest is required :
- To register on the NESTOR JEEVES online concierge service before arrival.
- To consult all the information noted in the NESTOR JEEVES online concierge service as soon as he
arrives, in particular the IMPORTANT INFORMATION and APARTMENT INFORMATION sections.
- To use the accommodation peacefully the way a good parent would do and without creating
disturbances in the neighborhood,
- Not to make any modification or change in the arrangement of the furniture in the accomodation,
- Not to smoke inside the accomodation,
- Not to introduce any animal in the accomodation,
- To maintain the accomodation, keep it in a good state of cleanliness and return it in the conditions of
which it has been given to him,
- To occupy the accommodation personally. It can in no case sublet it,
- To let NESTOR&JEEVES people enter the accomodation if necessary, and to let the work be carried out
during the rental period when the urgency would not allow it to be postponed,
- Immediately inform NESTOR&JEEVES of any anomaly, damage, deterioration, loss of keys or others
occurring in the accomodation,
- Not to engage in any professional or commercial activity in the accomodation.

XIII. INSURANCE
The guest undertakes to insure against damage to vehicles, damage to third parties (civil
liability/head of family), theft or disappearance of personal belongings.
