Pubs, restaurants, food shops and a small fish market literally round the corner. The apartment and its kitchen is well equipped. A clear bonus as well is the concierge service with e.g. its luggage service. All tourist attractions and museums in Nice as well as in the region (i.e. Villefranche, Cap Ferrat, Eze…) can easily be reached by foot or using the good public transport system. Especially important as I wouldn’t know where to park a car for long term in the vicinity of this otherwise perfect apartment. |

Welcome to ORIGAMI DUPLEX is a beautiful studio apartment with a separate sleeping area with a real bed. It is ideally located in the heart of Old Nice, in one of its picturesque alleys, full of the charm of the past. You will be a few minutes walk from the beach and the Place Massena.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The light wood floor, the numerous light fixtures and the touches of color give a cozy atmosphere to rest in all serenity.
The apartment is located on the 4th and last floor, without elevator.
It is not air-conditioned but has a fan.
Information: We have another studio on the same floor for rent if you'd like to bring a group.
