Description
"LE PHILIBERT" is a cozy apartment with balcony located near Garibaldi Square. Its vibrant and lively neighborhood is surrounded by typical Provencal buildings typical of the Niçoise region.
The layout of this apartment is well done. You also have a sleeping area separated by a sliding door with a real bed.
The decoration is modern and refined which makes the apartment soothing.
Your accommodation has a free WIFI internet connection as well as a portable air conditioner in the living room.
It is on the 2nd floor with elevator and the advantage of being very quiet thanks to its exposure overlooking a courtyard.
The neighborhood is very lively, it is considered the "Petit Marais" Niçois and is ideally located close to the Old Nice and the port. The apartment is just a 1-minute walk from the famous Garibaldi Square where you will find a large number of restaurants and cafés.
"LE PHILIBERT" is composed as follows:
LIVING ROOM :
It includes a large storage cupboard, a modern sofa, a removable table for your meals, an armchair and a television. The living room opens onto a balcony where there is a table and 2 chairs for coffee or breakfast.
You will also find a portable air conditioner.
KITCHEN:
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all of the following: a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom is composed of a pleasant shower, a hairdryer and WC.
BEDROOM :
The cozy room has a double bed. A window also overlooks the courtyard.
There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings. The city offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles), allowing you to drive easily in the city center.
A station is 30 seconds walk from your apartment.
Nice-Riquier train station is a few minutes walk away.
Nice airport is only 20min by car.
