Almost everything. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us, it was 2 minutes from the beach, it was perfectly equipped for self catering and its in the centre of a popular shopping and eating street (plenty of restaurants)!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'immense balcon de 16mètres²(quand même!!!!!!) d'où la vue est incroyable ainsi que la promenade des anglais à quelques pas nous avons aimé séjourner au coeur de ce quartier animé le logement étant en étage élesee more

Studio très bien situé tout près de tout: du vieux nice, de la mer, de la rue commerçante . Le petit balcon où l'on peut déjeuner Je conseille ce studio à couple sans enfant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Очень приятная квартира, можно разместиться паре с ребенком. Есть раскладной диван и кресло. Кондиционер и балкон с видом на пешеходную улицу. Квартира на 4 этаже, не так шумно от машин и туристов, как везде в центре.

Море рядом,не шумное место, чисто, мебель и ремонт почти новый, в центре ,все рядом. Автобусная остановка в аеропорт 5мин, в Канны 5мин, Монако немного подальше. На автобусе в 5раз дешевле ездит чем на поезде. Жд вокзал пешком 15мин. Возле вокзала есsee more

COTE PIETONNE is a large studio with balcony, located at the beginning of the pedestrian street in the center of Nice.
Decorated in a modern way, you will be seduced by the layout of the main room, to accommodate 2 people.
The apartment has a pleasant sunny balcony for lunch in the sun. In addition, it has a kitchen independent of the main room. You will appreciate its volumes and its ideal location giving access to all Nice.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has free wifi internet connection.
Located rue du Congrès, the apartment is in the city center, at the beginning of the pedestrian street. You will be at a few minutes from all the attractions of Nice: Place Masséna, the Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches ... In addition, the area is full of shops and restaurants.
You will be only a few meters from two bus stations, allowing you to move as you please in Nice and its surroundings. You will also be minutes from the tram. Parking of the Palais de la Méditerranée nearby.
