Great little apartment in excellent location

This is a clean, quiet, well stocked little apartment just a short walk (10 minutes) to the Promenade des Anglais, 15 minutes to Old Town etc. There is a grocey store right around the corner as well.

The apartment is well stocked with cooking supplies and we did have a few meals in. My only issue was the sleeping situation: the bed is small (a North American double) and is placed between two walls so only one person can actually sidestep into the bed to get into it the other person has to crawl onto the bed to get in. |

The appartement is sufficiently equipped. The location is good, in walking distance from public transport (tram ligne 2), city centre (shops, restaurants) and beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

MIDI FRANCE RIVIERA is a nice air-conditioned apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator.
It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches. The tramway stop "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen", 2 stops from the hyper center is at the foot of the building. This tramway has a direct line to the airport.
The apartment is fully equipped, so you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space good to live in.
Air conditioning is collective and managed by the building. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
