Situated on a high floor, the property offers a beautiful, light-filled living area opening onto a south-facing terrace.
The living area includes a sofa bed, a large armchair, a television, a dining area with a table and two chairs, as well as a desk area. Once the sofa is unfolded, the layout remains comfortable and functional for dining.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer.
TERRACE:
The terrace is furnished with a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors.

MIDI FRANCE RIVIERA is a nice air-conditioned apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator.
It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches. The tramway stop "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen", 2 stops from the hyper center is at the foot of the building. This tramway has a direct line to the airport.
The apartment is fully equipped, so you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space good to live in.
Air conditioning is collective and managed by the building. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
