It is located in the Old Nice, near the Cours Saleya.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator and benefits from a Wifi connection. It is fully air-conditioned.
LIVING ROOM :
Pleasant living room with 1 sofa and a flat screen TV.
KITCHEN :
Open kitchen overlooking the living room, equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven/microwave, kettle, toaster, a washer-dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There is also a dining table and its 2 high chairs,
BEDROOM:
Accessible by a staircase from the living room, it offers a QUEEN SIZE double bed. There is also a wardrobe and 2 bedside shelves.
BATHROOM:
Equipped with a shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet and hair dryer.
Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
