"SALEYA DUPLEX" : 2 ROOMS - 25M² - 2 RUE LOUIS GASSIN
Fully furnished and equipped apartment, with 1 bathroom.
It is located in the Old Nice, near the Cours Saleya.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator and benefits from a Wifi connection. It is fully air-conditioned.
LIVING ROOM :
Pleasant living room with 1 sofa and a flat screen TV.
KITCHEN :
Open kitchen overlooking the living room, equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven/microwave, kettle, toaster, a washer-dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There is also a dining table and its 2 high chairs,
BEDROOM:
Accessible by a staircase from the living room, it offers a QUEEN SIZE double bed. There is also a wardrobe and 2 bedside shelves.
BATHROOM:
Equipped with a shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet and hair dryer.
Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
Air conditioning is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled between mid-May and mid-June. Shutdown is scheduled for early October. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
1380€ per month ALL INCLUSIVE (building charges, water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, internet, housing tax, agency fees, one set of linen)
Cleaning at the end of your stay is mandatory : 205€.
A "damage guarantee" of 1000€ is required (refundable at the end of the stay)
