Palais Massena is very spacious and very convenient with two bathrooms directly attached to the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and we found all kitchen appliances we needed. The streetcar stop is only 1 minute away and it is only two stops to thsee more
Palais Massena is very spacious and very convenient with two bathrooms directly attached to the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and we found all kitchen appliances we needed. The streetcar stop is only 1 minute away and it is only two stops to the railroad station. The Promenade can be reached on foot in less than five minutes. So we enjoyed our stay in very sunny Nice in December and January.

Access to the elevator was 21 steps up and we were grateful our for arrival and departure driver's assistance with our luggage. We were able to contact our assigned "concierge" via email with several issues and he responded promptly by the next day. We enjoyed our 10 day stay in the Palais Massena apartment.

BEACH COTTAGE TERRACE is a spacious family apartment with two bedrooms on the top floor. It is located in the Golden Square in the city center, a few steps from the sea and the famous Negresco Hotel. The apartment benefits from two terraces : one which faces south with a pleasant sea view. The other one as a veranda with two openable sliding windows with a hills view.
