You’ll be on the 6th and top floor (with an elevator), enjoying a splendid, unobstructed view of downtown Nice. Part of the view also takes in the architecture of Notre Dame Church, located directly across the street.

The very bright living room features a comfortable corner sofa with a direct view of the scenery. It is equipped with a large TV stand, a flat-screen TV, a dining table that seats 4 people, and air conditioning.
