The internet speed was the best I’ve ever seen at a vacation rental home. A solid 200+/200 Mbps fiber connection allowed me to get some IT work done back home, and supported everyone’s Netflix/YouTubing. Very much appreciate having access to this type of connection. The hosts were also very accommodating with our checkin and checkout schedule. I highly recommend this apartment if you’re staying in Nice. I will certainly be a repeat customer. |

The elements of decoration are borrowed from a variety of styles and eras: the graphic patterns of the carpets and cushions mingle with vintage decorative objects such as the clock and leather suitcases.
You will be seduced by the two beautiful bedrooms configured as hotel suites with their private bathrooms.
The two QUEEN SIZE beds with their soft mattresses of quality, thick of 22cm will be good companions for nights full of dreams.
Thanks to the smart TV of the stay you will be able to access your account Netflix.
The apartment benefits from free fiber optic WiFi and is fully air conditioned.
LAGOON PROMENADE has an ideal location on the Promenade des Anglais, in the city center.
