Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with nice decoration, quiet as it faces the courtyard (both bedroom and living room). It was also very convenient to have a private place in the underground garage and an elevator. Location is good - not far see more

VILLA HARMONIE is a spacious air-conditioned apartment with terrace, ideally located less than 10 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and benefiting from a private garage.
Decorated chic, you will be in a luxury apartment with furniture and quality equipment. The rooms, large and bright, are warm and make you immediately feel at home.
You will be seduced by the terrace of the apartment which is entirely in the quiet, and ideal for lunch, as well as by the charm of the apartment. In addition, the apartment is fully air-conditioned, ideal for a summer stay.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has access via elevator as well as free wifi internet connection by fiber optic.
Located in the Musicians area, you will be in the perfect neighborhood to enjoy the benefits of the city center while being away from noise. There are many shops and shops nearby. A few minutes walk you will reach the Promenade des Anglais with the sea and the beaches, Jean Médecin with its shops, the pedestrian street and its restaurants, Place Masséna or the Old Town of Nice.
At the foot of the building you will find a bus stop, making it easy for you to move around the city. You can also reach the tram on Jean Médecin. Moreover, the railway station is only a few minutes walk and the best way to visit the surrounding cities.
On request we offer you the garage located in the same residence.

Set up as a duplex, the apartment offers modern decor.
It consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and upstairs, a cozy attic bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with toilet completes the space.
Located on the 4th and top floor of a building without an elevator. The historic staircase requires a bit of effort to reach this cozy retreat under the roof.
