Welcome to VIEUX NICE DUPLEX, a charming top-floor apartment featuring an air-conditioned bedroom. Nestled in a traditional building in the heart of the Old Town of Nice, it immerses you instantly in the unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood.
Set up as a duplex, the apartment offers modern decor.
It consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and upstairs, a cozy attic bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with toilet completes the space.
Located on the 4th and top floor of a building without an elevator. The historic staircase requires a bit of effort to reach this cozy retreat under the roof.
