SUNSET TERRACE is a beautiful, air-conditioned, two-bedroom apartment. It is located on the top floor and has a balcony with an open view and a sea glimpse. The apartment also benefits from a spacious, quiet street-side terrace overlooking a hill. You will also benefit from a large parking place in the same building as the apartment.
The apartment has modern decor. Its location on the top floor and the large bay windows provide it with an abundance of light.
The touches of black in the decoration underline the lines with refinement and create an elegant universe. Natural materials adorn the interior: the wooden kitchen, the stones that line the shower, the cotton curtains, etc.
The soft and thick mattresses will be your ideal companions for rejuvenating nights after hours of walking in the streets of Nice.
Thanks to the living room's smart TV, you will be able to access your Netflix account in addition to the hundreds of channels available.
SUNSET TERRACE is on the 5th and last floor. It is accessible by lift.
