                Welcome to VIEUX NICE DUPLEX, a charming top-floor apartment featuring an air-conditioned bedroom. Nestled in a traditional building in the heart of the Old Town of Nice, it immerses you instantly in the unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood.
 
 Set up as a duplex, the apartment offers modern decor.
