SUNNY TOP FLOOR TERRACE is a superb top floor apartment with a lot of character located a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais, and which benefits from a large sunny terrace.
It is tastefully decorated and functional, which will make your stay as comfortable as it is professional or for a holiday.
You will be seduced by its large terrace of 25m ² equipped with a space to take your meals, and a lounge space to relax in the sun or take the aperitif after a day spent to visit the city.
You can only fall under the charm of this apartment for its decoration, its terrace or its location in the heart of Nice.
On the 4th and last floor (lift accessible only from the 1st floor), it has air conditioning in the bedroom, as well as a free wifi internet connection by fiber optic

Located in the center of Nice, and one block from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches.
In less than 10min walk you can reach the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants, as well as Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Medecin and its shops, and Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties.
