Very clean and well equipped apartment. Very light with a lovely sunny terrace. Big comfortable beds. Great location, only a few minutes walk from the Port and a supermarket/boulangerie next door.

Tout l'appartement est superbement meublé avec goût et très coloré sans être trop chargé. Même les ustensiles de cuisine sont tous utiles et bien pensés. La terrasse est très fleurie et arborée, tout en étant originale et appréciée aux beaux jours.

SUN DECK TERRACE is a superb two-bedroom flat with a magnificent top-floor terrace and open views over the city of Nice and its hills.
Located in the Port district and just a few minutes' walk from Place Garibaldi and Vieux Nice, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends. You will be charmed by its colourful decor and its facilities, which will provide you with all the comfort you need for a successful stay.
You'll enjoy a beautiful living space with a lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen, which opens onto the large terrace where you can enjoy a sunny lunch or an aperitif in the lounge area, while enjoying a completely open view.
The two bedrooms open onto a balcony, and one has a study area.
The bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The flat is on the 7th and top floor with a lift, is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
