Our criteria for a good location is a good kitchen and a good place to be together. The Seaview Terrace did not disappoint. The deck is large with dining table for 6 and chairs and lounges for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with an 4 burner see more
Our criteria for a good location is a good kitchen and a good place to be together. The Seaview Terrace did not disappoint. The deck is large with dining table for 6 and chairs and lounges for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with an 4 burner induction cooktop, top of the line oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. It does have a Nespresso machine, there is a capsule place a few blocks away. We suggest bringing a collapsible drip filter and your favorite ground coffee.
We also rented the Les Aigles condo just across the all to accommodate all of us. This made it very convenient to get together for dinners. |

Air condition works very well and for each room is separate. The N&J offers some discounts at the restaurants and shops what was a nice gift. Very close to the tram and bus stop. The service is very good and fast. The problem with safe was resolved at the same day.

The penthouse has hot water heating, so the floors were warm in the winter. It was very comfortable to come in from chilly outdoors. Good kitchen-we ate many meals there. We appreciated a washer and a dryer.

We are a family of 5, 2 teenagers and a baby and we spent a wonderful 5 nights in this fantastic appartement overlooking the beach.Starting from the building itself, amazingly renovated in art deco style with a magnificent entrance. Lifts will take you to the 6th floor where down a very glamorous corridor you are led to the appartment. Extremely spacious, with a fully equiped kitchen, mostly decorated in art deco style it has space for easily 6 people. The mattresses are a bit on the hard side but then again that is a matter of taste! All rooms have balconies but the jewel of the appartment is the huge verandah overlooking the sea. As beautiful as the photos on the site and much much more! Very close by there is a supermarket and the old town is app 15 minutes walk.

The apartment was roomy and well appointed and the terrace was our favorite place to be, giving us views of the beach and the Baie des Anges. The beautifully restored Art Deco Gloria Mansions made us feel like we were living in a work of art. We are already planning our return to Nice and this perfect apartment!

Man kann aber auch zu Fuß in die Altstadt und ins Zentrum gehen. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen für alle die Komfort und Qualität schätzen und Wert aufs Besondere legen.

SEA VIEW TERRACE PENTHOUSE is a sublime 2/3 bedroom apartment on the top floor, facing the sea, located in the famous residence "Gloria Mansions", classified historical monument and true art work of Art Deco architecture.
Renovated in the same Art Deco style as the residence, this unique apartment with premium services is ideal to enjoy differently from its stay on the Cote d'Azur.
Apartment fully air-conditioned, it will seduce you by its impressive privative terrace with panoramic sight on the sea, its volumes and its luminosity, as well as the quality Art Deco furniture offered in all rooms.
The apartment is located on the 6th and last floor with elevator and free wifi internet connection by fiber optic is available.
A few meters from the Promenade des Anglais, the apartment faces the sea, the neighborhood offers many local shops and the Promenade des Anglais offers an idyllic ballad space. In addition, you will find all transport facilities with a tramway station, a bus stop and a Bike Bleu station just a few meters from the apartment, allowing you to fully enjoy the city of Nice.
You will be able to discover the main attractions of the city: the Old Town where you can taste the Socca, a specialty of Niçoise, Place Masséna, Jean Médecin and its shops, the pedestrian area and its many restaurants.

Large and bright double living room opening onto the terrace, part of which can be partitioned to create a sleeping area and thus a third bedroom. There is a music docking station, a cable TV (including international channels).
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen with access to a private balcony. There is a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle as well as a washing machine and a dryer.
BEDROOM 1 :
The master bedroom include a Queen size bed and has a direct access to the terrace and sea view. It has its own bathroom.
BEDROOM 2:
The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be combined, and overlooks a private balcony.
BATHROOM 1:
The parental bathroom has a bath and WC.
BATHROOM 2:
The apartment also has a shower room with a walk-in shower.
