PALM RIVIERA is a beautiful one bedroom apartment. Its location in the hyper center, a few steps away from the Place Massena and the Old Nice makes it exceptional. You will be in the heart of the city life of Nice, in a botanical haven of peace.
The apartment has a modern decoration. The black workshop door, the turquoise green velvet seats and the wooden elements bring a trendy design touch.
Large windows line the walls of the apartment and give you a view of the residence's beautiful plant garden.

Welcome to VIEUX NICE DUPLEX, a charming top-floor apartment featuring an air-conditioned bedroom. Nestled in a traditional building in the heart of the Old Town of Nice, it immerses you instantly in the unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood.
Set up as a duplex, the apartment offers modern decor.
It consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and upstairs, a cozy attic bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with toilet completes the space.
Located on the 4th and top floor of a building without an elevator. The historic staircase requires a bit of effort to reach this cozy retreat under the roof.
Note: We also offer another studio on the same floor, available for rent if you're traveling with others (reference VIEUX NICE SUITE).
