The apartment was spacious with everything that might be needed including washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board etc., Easy walking distance to central Nice and the old town. 10 minutes from Promenade Des Anglais. Very handy small supermsee more
The apartment was spacious with everything that might be needed including washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board etc., Easy walking distance to central Nice and the old town. 10 minutes from Promenade Des Anglais. Very handy small supermarket opposite and Patisseries. Also near to to the railway station where we booked cheap parking. We had a minor problem with the plumbing caused by a blocked pipe, however after a call to the agents someone was there in 15 minutes and then arranged for a plumber to call immediately ( on a Friday evening ) and quickly resolve the problem. Very impressed with the service from the agents regarding this.

PALAZZO VERDI is a spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in the city center. You will stay a few minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.
In a luxury building you will appreciate the bourgeois style of this apartment with a neat decoration and moldings on the walls.
You will benefit from a beautiful living room with its double living room and 2 large windows.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor with elevator, it has air conditioning in the rooms and a free WIFI connection (by optical fiber).
The apartment is located in the residential area and quiet Musicians, near the famous shopping avenue Jean Médecin and the street of France and its many restaurants which will allow you to enjoy your stay.
Nice Train Station is a 5-minute walk away and links with nearby cities such as Monaco and Cannes are around 30 minutes away.
The city also offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles) for easy driving in the city center.
PALAZZO VERDI is arranged as follows:
DOUBLE LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a cozy sofa, a flat screen TV (Netflix available) and a large dining table.
The large windows of the living room offer a nice opening on the outside.
KITCHEN:
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There is also a washing machine dryer.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom is composed of a pleasant bath with shower, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer and a toilet.
BEDROOM 1 :
The first bedroom has a queen size bed, a large storage cabinet and air conditioning.
BEDROOM 2:
The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed, dresser and air conditioning.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
