We loved the apartment which had high ceilings, open plan living room kitchen and comfortably sized bedrooms. During our four weeks stay we became very much at home in our local neighbourhood which has a wonderful boulagerie, excellent supermarket asee more
We loved the apartment which had high ceilings, open plan living room kitchen and comfortably sized bedrooms. During our four weeks stay we became very much at home in our local neighbourhood which has a wonderful boulagerie, excellent supermarket and boucherie. Rialto cinema shows current VO movies and is ten minutes walk away. We met our neighbours on the stair and found everyone to be very friendly and helpful.
The Promenade des Anglais is a few minutes walk away as are local buses. The nearest tram stop is five minutes walk from the apartment and we used the tram most days. We needed help from the Nestor and Jeeves team on a number of occasions during our stay and would just like to say thank you to everyone for their good humoured and helpful assistance. We are planning to book again next year! |

I would have liked to give this apartment 4.5. The apartment was very nice and stocked with almost everything you could need. The location was very good - close to the sea and a short walk to "all the sights". Lots of places to pick-up food to go see more

The location was very good - close to the sea and a short walk to "all the sights". Lots of places to pick-up food to go and several bakeries, butchers, cheese shops and grocery stores nearby. The apartment was large enough to feel comfortable. The terrace was, as shown in the pictures, pretty small.
The very good - Customer service was great. Being able tp pick-up keys at 10am is amazing. We ran into 2 small issues while in the apartment and, after sending email through the app, both were fixed within hours. I could not have asked for more. The apartment was quiet and well-located. Overall, we loved the apartment, the location and the customer service. |

Une trés grande satisfaction de notre trés bel appartement. Rien ne manquait. Apprécié les deux salles de bains ainsi que les deux chambres, donc vaste.Proximité de nos sort ies, en un mot Excellent! Merci aussi pour ce fonctionnement pour les clefs, cela aussi trés apprécié vous ouvrez votre boite et vous obtenez vos clefs, impeccable, pas d'attente. Pour la remise des clefs deux trois minutes de retard, mais le stationnement n'est pas idéal pour charger les bagages, donc un léger retard! Avec de grands mercis.

PALAIS NICOLE is an apartment with two balconies, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is perfectly located seconds from the Promenade des Anglais, the sea and shops.
Decorated in a pleasant and comfortable way, it is the ideal apartment to leave with friends or family.
The apartment is very well equipped and has a free WIFI connection by fiber optic.
You will be located in the city center, in the rue de France which is the street parallel to the famous Promenade des Anglais.
In just a few seconds walk you will be on the beaches, and the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants.
You will then reach the place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, as well as the Old Nice where you will be able to discover all the local specialties.
You will find at the foot of your building all the local shops such as supermarket, baker, butcher, cheesemonger ....
PALAIS NICOLE is arranged as follows:
LIVING ROOM :
Bright living room with sofa and TV with access to international channels.
KITCHEN:
Modern and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a balcony.
Large dining table for 4 people.
You will find a very complete equipment with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
MAIN ROOM:
The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a storage cabinet, a safe and a desk area.
BEDROOM 2:
The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two nice single beds, a storage cabinet, a desk area.
It opens to a balcony.
BATHROOM 1:
Bathroom with shower, bidet, hair dryer and WC.
BATHROOM 2:
Bathroom with bathtub / hob (with shower head), bidet and WC.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
You will also be next to the bus stops, which will allow you to move easily in Nice and its surroundings.
The city of Nice offers many blue bike points, a station is located less than 3 minutes from the apartment.
The SNCF train station is 15 minutes walk, the SNCF network is very convenient to visit the nearby cities or to go to Italy for the day
Nice airport is located 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
