Good apartment in the city centre with all needed equipment. Up to 10min walk to the main points so there was no need to use transport. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the window in the main room is classy!

Sofa was very uncomfortable. Cafe high-top table with 4 chairs seemed like it was too big for the space. Hot water seemed to fade too early and back-to-back showers always resulted in the 2nd shower being tepid or cold. Washer worked well, but mostsee more

Hot water seemed to fade too early and back-to-back showers always resulted in the 2nd shower being tepid or cold. Washer worked well, but most cycles were long at about 2 1/2 hours (although it did an excellent job washing and spin-drying) a clothes dryer would have been nice as laundromat next door was always crowded when clothes were taken there for drying (dryers at laundromat were easy to use and worked well, with dry times of about 24 minutes). A major problem which I suspect is beyond the control of both the landlords and Nestor & Jeeves were the continuing construction noise due to remodeling taking place in the building and the ground floor businesses as well as the nightly noise from the restaurant immediately below the apartment which featured karaoke that was loud within the apartment itself: sessions lasted from 7-8:00 p.m. through 11:00 p.m. I went down to the restaurant on the first night and spoke with the occupants at 10:15 p.m. which quieted things down for that night, but the courtesy did not last.

ANGEL'S BAY is a cozy one bedroom apartment in the city center and close to the beaches of the Promenade des Anglais.
Decorated in a modern and summer this apartment will immerse you in the atmosphere of the Angel's Bay (Nice Bay). The color of the walls and its pretty cushions give it a very particular tone.
You will also be seduced by its brightness, its balcony as well as its view on the greenery.
