I totally enjoyed the new renovation of this apartment. The owners took much care in planning this remodel including moving walls and rooms around. The double balcony sea-view is always a big plus. The air conditioning units worked just fine and tsee more

MEDITERRANEE PROMENADE is a flat with an exceptional location on the Promenade des Anglais, offering magnificent sea views.
This spacious flat will provide you with all the comfort you need.
The spacious living area comprises an entrance hall, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a living room opening onto a balcony offering a magnificent sea view. The living room opens onto the master bedroom, which has the advantage of offering a sea view from its queen size bed.
A second bedroom at the back of the flat has two single beds. The bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower, a double washbasin, a toilet and a washing machine + tumble dryer. There is a second separate toilet.
Located on the 6th floor (with lift) of a luxury residence, you will enjoy a wifi internet connection and air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
