L appartement est idéalement situé dans le carré d or, à côté de l hôtel Negresco, très proche de la rue piétonne Masséna et juste en face de la mer, tout en étant extrêmement calme, ce qui est très rare à Nice, surtout en été !! En effet, il est dans une petite impasse , au RDC mais avec une terrasse entourée de verdure et store, ce qui empêche d être vu, tout en profitant de l extérieur très agréable.
De plus, l appartement est un vrai grand 2 pièces, très bien agencé et équipé avec tout le confort ..grande machine à laver, très grande TV avec box, machine expresso et tout plein de placards de rangement.. A recommander!!!! J y ai séjourné 18 jours en août et j y reviendrai!!! |
