The apartment had everything you could possibly need. It was cosy, but spacious enough that we weren't crowding one another. The location can't be beaten!

Welcome to MARIA BEACH, a beautiful, fully air-conditioned apartment with balcony. Ideally located just 1 minute's walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and 2 minutes' walk from the pedestrian zone, this apartment plunges you into the heart of Nice's hustle and bustle, while offering a peaceful setting.
It comprises a separate kitchen, a living room with access to the balcony and a sleeping area cleverly separated by a partition, with a double bed. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a modern shower room with double washbasin and toilet.
