LOU FRANCESCAN is a superb air-conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms. It is located in the historic district of Old Nice, a 5-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches.
The decorative elements are borrowed from a variety of styles and eras: contemporary furniture with clean lines mingle with wallpaper and exotic objects as well as small finds in the flea markets of Nice.
Natural materials dress the interior: the raw wood of the furniture, the rattan suspensions and chairs, the stone of the sink in the master bedroom….
Its location in the heart of Old Nice, in a traditional Niçois building, requires access via stairs. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (without an elevator), which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.
