The flat was close to the trams and easy access to everywhere in Nice.
Also walking distance to the old town and harbour in 10-15 minutes walk.
Very clean and everything needed in the apartment to full kitchen applications and equipped, to large bathsee more

Please be advised that renovation work is currently underway in the building.
This includes the installation of scaffolding on the façade, which prevents the shutters from being opened in the living room and master bedroom.
In addition, there may be noise and visual disturbance during the day, as well as workmen passing through the communal areas.
The rental rate has been adjusted accordingly to take account of these temporary inconveniences.
LE PIERLAS is a beautiful two bedroom apartment. It is ideally located in the Port, a popular area of Nice. In a few minutes walk you will be in the Old Nice or on the Place Du Pin (trendy area of Nice).
The apartment has a modern decoration. A palette of blues dresses the walls, the furniture and the decorative elements. The light wood, the cushions and the numerous suspensions give a cozy and warm atmosphere.
