Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Quality of furnishings and equipment is top tier. Bedroom so quiet and the electric blinds are great for blocking out the light when needed.

Welcome to VIEUX NICE DUPLEX, a charming top-floor apartment featuring an air-conditioned bedroom. Nestled in a traditional building in the heart of the Old Town of Nice, it immerses you instantly in the unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood.
Set up as a duplex, the apartment offers modern decor.
It consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen, and upstairs, a cozy attic bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom with toilet completes the space.
Located on the 4th and top floor of a building without an elevator. The historic staircase requires a bit of effort to reach this cozy retreat under the roof.
