The biggest downside was the noise from the work on the building across the way, frequent garbage collection, and morning seagulls. Not much you can do about it and it’s to be expected in a city center. By the sea!

Nous avons passé 4 semaines très très agréables dans cet appartement très facile à vivre qui réussit à tous les niveaux. Jacaranda est très propre, lumineux, confortable, parfaitement équipé, proche de tout (restaurants, boutiques, la Promenade des Anglais, le Vieux Quartier, la gare, le tram). Nous avions tout ce qu’il fallait pour un mois à la découverte de Nice et les environs.
Seul inconvénient pour les gens moins mobiles, l’appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Cela dit, les marches ne sont pas hautes. Nous avons plus de 75 ans et nous n’avions pas de problème. L’agence était bien aussi—ils répondaient rapidement à toute question. Nous recommandons vivement l’appartement Jacaranda ainsi que Nestor & Jeeves |

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Facade renovation work is scheduled to begin in September 2026 and will last for at least three months. Scaffolding will be erected. Depending on the progress of the work, noise and visual disturbances may occur.
JACARANDA is a flat in the centre of Nice, ideal for a stay with family or friends thanks to its two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The flat is on the 3rd floor without elevator, fully air-conditioned and benefits from a wifi internet connection.
