I spent 2 months in Nice at apartment Francois! The apartment is huge and has ALL the comfort of home. I wanted to steal the “iron” - awesome! Right outside apt is the butcher - bakery - BEST pizza in Nice and an “Oyster/champagne” restaurant not see more
I spent 2 months in Nice at apartment Francois! The apartment is huge and has ALL the comfort of home. I wanted to steal the “iron” - awesome! Right outside apt is the butcher - bakery - BEST pizza in Nice and an “Oyster/champagne” restaurant not far …. Plus Portuguese bbq (delicious). Tram is a minute away and grocery store. Neighbors are extremely friendly. Setting up Netflix and Amazon Prime - no problem. Had an Amazing time! If you can - do the coastal walk to Villafranche. It’s 2 hrs - 4 miles BUT absolutely beautiful! St Paul - Eze - Grasse are all worth going to. St Tropez and Monte Carlo are tacky - for the rich. San Remos, Italy is worth going to on Tuesday for a huge street market. All in all this is an excellent location. 2 friends got different apts (more center city) not Old Town and they lacked the charm and feel of Nice. I hope to return!

You will be on a dynamic street where soap stores are next to local Niçois caterers and the best restaurants in Nice.
The Promenade des Anglais with its many beaches is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment has a sober and elegant decoration. The white walls and floor give a sleek appearance and accentuate the brightness of the apartment.
Fully equipped, you can only appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live
You will appreciate the two bedrooms which have balconies.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a building in Nice, without an elevator.
Please note that there are stairs to climb before you can access the building.
FRANCOIS VIEUX NICE has an ideal location in Old Nice. It is located 1 minute walk from the Promenade du Paillon (Coulée Verte) and 3 minutes walk from Place Garibaldi.
The historic district includes old buildings, local Niçois specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...), countless restaurants and bars.
All the must-see places in the city are within a 10-minute walk from the apartment:
