Спасибо за гостеприимство. Наш отдых был расслабляющим и романтичным. Над дизайном квартиры работал человек с хорошим вкусом. Плюсом было расположение в центре, где до набережной, многих достопримечательностей нетрудно дойти пешком (приблизительно 20 минут). Можно и общественным транспортом, остановка трамвая (50 метров). Рядом (20 метров) от подъезда торговая улица, продуктовый магазин сразу у входа в подъезд. Это удобно, если вы покупаете воду и продукты чтобы готовить. Второй плюс это планировка квартиры, она двухэтажная, свежая, на кухне есть все необходимое. В квартире кровать и ванна находятся на втором этаже. Душевая очень маленькая. Мы жили 7 дней и это для нас не было вовсе проблемой. Третий плюс это наличие балкона (он крошечный), но выпить кофе с французким настроением можно/нужно. Дом исторический, высокие потолки, есть лифт, холл со старыми фотографиями города. Спасибо хозяину за то, что он разрешил нам выехать позднее, это было связано с расписанием самолета.

We really enjoyed our stay.

The terrace was amazing for morning coffee, the washer was very convenient, the place was sparkling clean, and the location is perfect. The access to a tram (1,50 EUR one way- super easy! Don’t forget to validate the ticket when you get on the tram) , tons of restaurants in walking distance, the beach about 10 minutes walking away, the train station 10 minutes walking away, the airport about 20 minutes (we took the car service e suggested by Claude there, and an Uber back) and a wonderful host. We could not have asked for a better experience in Nice.

DUPLEX MIRROR is a beautiful duplex apartment with one bedroom. It is on the top floor and has south exposure. It has an ideal location in the hyper center, 5 seconds walk from Avenue Jean Médecin, the shopping avenue. You will be in the heart of city life Nice.
The apartment has a Scandinavian decoration. The walls and white furniture give a sleek look and accentuate the already omnipresent brightness in the apartment. The light parquet floor and the wooden furniture provide warmth for a cozy atmosphere.
You will be seduced by the clear view of the Nice roofs and the blue sky. You will also appreciate being in a quiet area on a large courtyard side while being in the hyper center. The balcony will allow you to have your breakfast in the sun or to drink a glass of rosé in the evening.
