DALPOZZO GRANDE is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment ideally located in the city center a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais.
This comfortable apartment is ideal to stay with family or friends, you will enjoy relaxing and have a good time.
You will also share good meals prepared in its very original rounded kitchen.
It has free WIFI with optical fiber.
Located in a beautiful building of the Carré d'Or, you will enjoy all the benefits that Nice offers. You will find nearby the pedestrian street with its many restaurants and shops, just a few minutes walk you will find the Jean Médecin Avenue, ideal for shopping but also the old town where you can discover all the local specialties, or the Place Masséna.
DALPOZZO GRANDE is composed as follows:
LIVING ROOM :
The living room consists of two large windows, a comfortable sofa and an armchair, a TV and a dining table that seats 6 people.
KITCHEN:
The rounded, original kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine.
It has a bar and two high stools.
BATHROOM 1:
The bathroom 1 has a nice shower, toilet, a towel holder and a hairdryer.
BATHROOM 2:
The bathroom 2 also includes a shower, toilet, towel holder and a hairdryer.
BEDROOM 1 :
Bedroom 1 overlooking courtyard contains a double bed, a fan and a large closet.
BEDROOM 2:
Bedroom 2 overlooking the courtyard also has a double bed, a fan and a large closet.
BEDROOM 3:
Bedroom 3 overlooking greenery includes a bunk bed and a closet.
You will find the washing machine in a small airlock between the two bathrooms.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

It has the charm of the old with its beautiful wooden floor and is furnished in a friendly and comfortable. This is the perfect apartment for a stay with friends or family.
Ideally located in the center of Nice, you can enjoy the Côte d'Azur without the need for a car.
The apartment is very well equipped, enjoying the air conditioning and free wifi internet connection by fiber optic.
The building is at number 5 Meyerbeer street is seconds from the Promenade des Anglais and beaches.
You will reach the pedestrian zone with its numerous shops and restaurants in less than 1 min, and the famous Place Masséna as well as the Old Nice where you will be able to discover all the local specialties in less than 5 min on foot.
