Welcome to COEUR RIVIERA, an attractive apartment ideally located in the heart of Nice, just a 3-minute walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais. Take advantage of this privileged location to discover all the excitement and charm of Nice life.

Located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator, the apartment also benefits from high-speed Wi-Fi access.
Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
