This apartment is as advertised and pictured. Wonderful location directly on Promenade des Anglais and only 2 short blocks from Hotel Negresco-meaning wonderfully central location. The view from apartment and the deck is tremendous. Despite large street noise was never an issue. The rooms are good sized for France and the Bathrooms well designed. The kitchen is fully stocked with more than enough dishwater, cutlery and pots and pans (unlike some other supposedly higher end rentals we have used in the past). Lastly, the building was extremely quite, even on New years Eve!
