This flat is expansive for the money….and enjoy the huge terrace off the full size kitchen every morning. Unit is well appointed, everything was in working order. The neighborhood was safe, and we walked to the beach, tram, boulangeries and all thsee more

You will be less than 5min walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, and only 15min from Place Massena and Old Nice where you can discover the local specialties.
If you want to move around Nice, go to the bus stop Gambetta / Bottero which is 1min from the apartment.
