ALPHONSE KARR TERRASSE is a beautiful modern 2 bedroom apartment ideally located in the Carré d'Or, in the center of Nice.
It is bright and has a large terrace allowing you to fully enjoy a lunch in the sun.The beautiful kitchen completely renovated in November 2015 is just as beautiful as functional.
You will be able to be seduced by this 3 rooms thanks to its calm and done up terrace, it is accessible since the stay and directed full South, allowing to take full advantage of the sun. This beautiful apartment is also fully air conditioned.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator access and free internet wifi connection.
Located in the Carré d'Or, you will be just minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches. You will also find nearby the pedestrian street and its restaurants, as well as Jean Médecin and its shops, Place Masséna and the Old Town of Nice.
You will be less than 500m from a bus stop and Nice tramway, allowing you to easily get around Nice. A few minutes walk you will find the train station. Parking of the Palais de la Méditerranée nearby.
