The apartment is wonderfully central, and has everything you could want for a good stay, including Fibre Wifi, a beautiful bathroom and cosy, comfortable furnishings. Nestor & Jeeves are 'hands on' Agents - nothing is any trouble and they are always see more

Nous avons passé deux mois dans cet appartement . Il se situe dans le coeur de Nice dans une rue piétonne à deux pas de la Place Massena. Le salon est ensoleillé . On peut ouvrir les fenetres et profiter du soleil, ou des sons dans la rue et la mussee more

On peut ouvrir les fenetres et profiter du soleil, ou des sons dans la rue et la musique dans la place. Mais lorsque ils sont fermé tout est calme.
La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le seul chose qui n'est pas parfait c'est que le balcon est petit et fait en face du nord. Très très bon appartement. Merci |

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and has internet connection.
MASSENA LOUGNE is located in the heart of Nice, in the pedestrian zone, at the foot of the famous Place Massena. Its open-plan layout (except for the bathroom) offers a friendly and modern atmosphere. However, this layout may not be suitable for those looking for strictly separate spaces.
This apartment is laid out as follows:
LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN:
Facing south, the living area is bright and pleasant. The living room has two sofas, a television, and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
BEDROOM 1:
Features a double bed with storage space.
BEDROOM 2:
Accessible by stairs (located on the mezzanine), and features a king-size bed.
The apartment is therefore not recommended for young children.
BATHROOM:
Features a large corner bathtub, perfect for relaxing, and a toilet.
1 985€ per month ALL INCLUSIVE (building charges, water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, internet, housing tax, agency fees, one set of linen)
