Fully furnished and equipped, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The perfect place to live and enjoy Nice in all its authenticity.
Located in the Old Town of Nice, close to the famous Place Saint François and Place Rossetti, Lou Guigonis is a stylish one-bedroom apartment with a private balcony overlooking the unique atmosphere of the old streets.
Located on the 2nd floor of a typical Niçoise building, without an elevator, this apartment is set in the heart of the Old Town of Nice.
The area is mainly pedestrian, so some walking is required to reach the building, which is located on a sloping street. For this reason, the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
LIVING ROOM:
The living area includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a table that seats 4.
It opens directly onto the BALCONY.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and coffee machine.
BEDROOM:
The bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom includes a shower and WC.
1490€ per month ALL INCLUSIVE (building charges, water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, internet, housing tax, agency fees, one set of linens).
