JE VAIS ETRE TRES OBJECTIF !!!!!!!!!!! - Emplacement numero 1 - Fonctionnel / ( machine a laver, lave vaisselle, cafetière, gel douche... ) - Tres bien entretenue / Propreté irréprochable - TV dans le salon et dans la chambre ET J'EN PASSE ............ BRAVO au propriétaire pour n'avoir rien négligé dans l'ameublement et la décoration de cette appartement. Et surtout bravo a NESTOR&JEEVES pour leur disponibilité et leur réactivité qui ont facilité les démarches ennuyante. Je reviendrais. |

It is located in the Golden Square (downtown) of Nice, near the sea.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator and benefits from a Wifi connection by optical fiber. It is fully air-conditioned.
LIVING ROOM:
It has a sofa and a flat screen TV.
The dining area has a nice dining table and 4 chairs.
The living room is air-conditioned.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is open to the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, ceramic hob and toaster.
BEDROOM:
The room has a double bed and storage closets.
The bedroom is air-conditioned.
