Very clean and comfortable in a very secure building . The location is perfect for the quieter end of Nice but within easy walking to everything including the station . Very nice balcony and very handy for breakfast on the Promenade.

The apartment was so pretty, cozy and handy, also TV with many international channels, including Netflix. Heating worked well. Washing machine was great to have. Front desk of Nestor & Jeeves was truly welcoming and always helpful. Everything worked see more

La literie est de qualité, le linge et l'appartement sont très propres. Un grand merci à la conciergerie pour son accueil toujours au top et sa rapidité d'intervention.

Il est très bien situé, à deux pas de la promenade des Anglais et des nombreux commerces et restaurants de la rue de France. L'impasse dans laquelle il se situe est toutefois un peu bruyante. Encore une fois, je ne peux que souligner le professionnalisme, l'efficacité et l'amabilité de la conciergerie Nestor & Jeeves.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor with lift and benefits from a Wifi connection by fiber optic
. It is fully air-conditioned.
LIVING ROOM :
The living room includes a sofa, a flat screen TV, an oval table that can accommodate 4 place settings.
There is also air conditioning.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher.
BEDROOM :
The bedroom has a Queen size bed and a wardrobe. It is equipped with air conditioning.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower, a towel dryer and a hairdryer.
The WC is independent.
BALCONY :
The balcony includes a space to sit and enjoy.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
