The flat is located on the 3rd floor without lift and benefits from a Wifi connection by fibre.
It is fully air-conditioned and has a terrace as well as a balcony in one of the bedrooms.

It has a sofa, a coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs.
