You have everything you need for short or long term stay because there are all the equipments needed.The staff of the agency are very nice and always available to help even for little details. You will find the apartment very clean and it’s just 3 min walk from beach,5 min from tram station,10min from Place Massena. Just at the corner there are markets,bakery,bars and restaurants. We will always choose Nestor&Jeeves to rent an apartment.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor accessible by elevator and benefits from a Wifi connection.

Equipped with a soft sofa, a flat screen TV, a dining table and its 2 chairs.
KITCHEN:
American kitchen open to the living room equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle.
BEDROOM :
Bright bedroom equipped with a double bed and a storage chest of drawers.
BATHROOM :
