Fully furnished and equipped flat with 1 bathroom.
It is located in the Fleurs area in Nice.
The flat is located on the 1st floor with lift of a beautiful residence and benefits from a Wifi fibre connection.
It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.
ENTRANCE and WINDOW :
Several storage cupboards.
LIVING ROOM:
Features a sofa, armchair and flat-screen TV.
The dining area has a dining table and 3 chairs.
The living room opens onto the south-facing terrace overlooking Avenue des Fleurs.
The living room is air-conditioned.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen is independent.
It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, hob and toaster.
BEDROOM :
The bedroom has a king-size double bed with mattress and chest of drawers.
The room faces north.
The room is air-conditioned.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet, a vanity unit with mirror and a hairdryer.
SEPARATE WC:
