ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY
The guest is required to present to Nestor & Jeeves no later than the day of his arrival, his identity document.
If the guest occupies the accommodation with a number of people higher than the capacity of the reservation, Nestor & Jeeves could refuse him entry to the premises, or ask him at his convenience a rent supplement.

DATE OF ARRIVAL / DATE OF DEPARTURE
If the arrival date of the guest is scheduled from Monday to Saturday:
The guest must inform Nestor & Jeeves of the expected time of arrival, as well as his flight number, bus or train if it comes by this mode of transport, so that Nestor & Jeeves can anticipate a possible delay of the guest.
The guest must pick up the keys at the Conciergerie Nestor & Jeeves reception desk located at 43 rue de france in Nice during the opening hours (10h-13h / 15h-19h).
It is possible that the accommodation booked by the guest is ready from 17:00 (for example if the previous guest leaves the same day, or in case of incident in the accomodation ...). In this case, the guest can leave his luggage in Nestor & Jeeves luggage (see paragraph "free services"), the time that Nestor & Jeeves can finish preparing the accommodation.

If the guest's arrival date is on Sunday or a French bank holiday:
The guest must inform Nestor & Jeeves of the expected time of arrival, as well as his flight number, bus or train if it comes by this mode of transport, so that Nestor & Jeeves can anticipate a possible delay of the guest.
The guest must pick up the keys at the Conciergerie Nestor & Jeeves reception located at 43 rue de france in Nice at the time agreed with Nestor & Jeeves.

The date of departure of the guest:
Unless otherwise agreed, the guest must leave the accommodation and return the keys before 10:30 am on the day of departure to the Conciergerie guest reception desk located at 43 rue de France in Nice.

THE RENT
The total amount of rent covers the entire duration of the rental.


The rent includes: Linen (pillowcases, sheets, a towel per person, bath towel per person, kitchen towel), wifi internet access + TV, charges of housing (heating, electricity, air conditioning if the housing is equipped ...), the current expenses of the building (garbage, water ...), home insurance, housing tax, agency fees, luggage, Concierge service, selection of good deals.
Beach towels are not included, and towels can not be used outside the unit.

FREE SERVICES
Luggage storage:
The GUEST has the possibility to leave and collect his luggage at Nestor & Jeeves home located at 43 rue de france in Nice, from Monday to Saturday during opening hours (10h-13h / 15h-19h).

The concierge service:
The guest has access to Nestor & Jeeves concierge service from Monday to Saturday during opening hours (10h-13h / 15h-19h).
For example, the guest can ask the concierge service Nestor & Jeeves to make a reservation (restaurant, beach, taxi ...), to make an appointment (hairdresser, massage, beauty ...), to provide him with coordinates (florist, shoemaker, wine merchant ...) ), or put him in touch with a provider (caterer, cook at home, baby sitter, car with driver ...). In this case, the guest himself directly settles the services he orders or uses.

The selection of good deals:
To benefit from the selection of good deals, the guest must present to each trader or provider concerned, "Nestor & Jeeves premium card" which is given to him by Nestor & Jeeves the day of his arrival.

RESERVATION / RENTAL RULES
To confirm the booking of the accommodation, the guest must pay guest a deposit equal to 25% of the total rent.
It is only after validation of the reservation by Nestor & Jeeves, that the engagement of the parts becomes firm and definitive.
The balance of the amount of the rent (75% of the rent) + (100% of the tourist tax, administration fees and other services) must imperatively be paid by the guest to the landlord 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the stay begins less than one month before the arrival date, the guest must pay to Nestor & Jeeves the total amount of the rent (100% of the rent, tourist tax, administration fees, other services) at the time of arrival.

If the guest does not pay the balance of the rent before the planned date:
In this case the rental will be automatically canceled.
Amounts already paid to Nestor & Jeeves will be totally lost and not refunded to the guest.
Nestor & Jeeves will again have the accommodation that will be immediately returned to the rental.

If the guest cancels the rental:
In this case the GUEST will lose all the amounts already paid to Nestor & Jeeves.

In case of disaster in the accommodation:
In the event of a claim that renders the accommodation unhealthy and uninhabitable before the guest 's arrival date or during his / her stay, Nestor & Jeeves can not be held responsible.
In this case Nestor & Jeeves will offer the guest the refund of the rent already paid in proportion to the remaining days, or another accommodation if it has available.

DEPOSIT OF GUARANTEE
At the request of the owner, regarding the deposit, a credit card imprint is taken by Nestor & Jeeves at the arrival of the guest (only visa or mastercard) "as in hotels", according to the amount provided at the time of booking.
The purpose of the security deposit is to cover any anomaly, deterioration, deterioration, loss of keys or other causes caused by the guest during his / her stay, and to enable Nestor & Jeeves to carry out any necessary repairs or repairs.
In case of any anomaly, deterioration, deterioration, loss of key, or other caused by the guest during his stay, the restoration costs will be deducted by Nestor & Jeeves from the guest’s bank account on proof.

STATE OF PLACE
State of arrival: Nestor & Jeeves provides the guest with an inventory of fixtures upon arrival.

State of departure: Nestor & Jeeves will make an inventory after the departure of the guest.
If the inventory does not comply, Nestor & Jeeves will report the points to the guest after his departure.

GUEST OBLIGATIONS
The guest is obliged:
- To use peacefully housing as a good father and without creating troubles in the neighborhood,
- To make no modification or change in the arrangement of the furniture of the accomodation,
- To not smoke inside the accomodation,
- not to introduce any animal into the accomodation,
- To maintain the accommodation, keep it clean and return it in the conditions that were given to it,
- To occupy the accommodation personally. he can not in any case sublet it,
- To allow Nestor & Jeeves persons to enter in the accomodation in case of need, and to let work done during the renting of the rented accommodation, the urgency of which would not allow them to be postponed,
- To immediately inform Nestor & Jeeves of any anomaly, deterioration, deterioration, loss of keys or other occurring in the housing,
- not to engage in any professional or commercial activity in housing.


INSURANCE
The guest agrees to insure against damage to vehicles, damage to third parties (civil liability / head of household), theft or loss of personal effects.
