Location was perfect, only a five minute walk to the Promenade and a ten minute to the old town. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Nice.

SEAHORSE is a superb 117m² apartment located in the heart of the Golden Square and just a step away from the Promenade des Anglais.
On a high floor with elevator, spacious and bright, you will be charmed by its marble floor and high ceilings, its decoration and contemporary furniture as well as its optimized layout for a very comfortable living.
You will enjoy a beautiful living space including the living room, dining room and open kitchen fully equipped.
Balconies complete the charm of this bright space.
Two bedrooms, one of which is a master suite, face the back of the house, in front of a magnificent palm tree. The second bedroom has two 80cm single beds that can be converted into a 160cm Queen Size bed. The third bedroom (not air-conditioned but with a fan), which opens onto the living room has a foldaway double bed and can be used as an office area.

It has the charm of the old with its beautiful wooden floor and is furnished in a friendly and comfortable. This is the perfect apartment for a stay with friends or family.
Ideally located in the center of Nice, you can enjoy the Côte d'Azur without the need for a car.
The apartment is very well equipped, enjoying the air conditioning and free wifi internet connection by fiber optic.
The building is at number 5 Meyerbeer street is seconds from the Promenade des Anglais and beaches.
You will reach the pedestrian zone with its numerous shops and restaurants in less than 1 min, and the famous Place Masséna as well as the Old Nice where you will be able to discover all the local specialties in less than 5 min on foot.
