Your Manager can get the beds stripped and made, change the sheets and towels, put the garden furniture away, turn of the electricity and water, etc.
If you want to make the best possible use of your apartment while you are away and earn some income to pay the standing charges, your Manager can recommend a licenced letting agent who will manage and let out your property on a short-term basis.
